• Why do I get re-directed to another site when I choose to buy a product?

This happens because of the way our business is set up. We are unique among other online sunglasses store or any other small online store because we don't sell our own products. Instead we sell products from all of the major manufacturers on the web. When you buy a product from us, you will be directed to the product page of the vendor's site and make the actual purchase on their site, and we earn a commission from the vendor for the products that you buy.

• Why can't I just buy products I want directly from the online vendors that supply your store?

There is no reason you can't go to the vendor's site to buy sunglasses, but why would you want to? When you buy from Thrifty Sunglasses, you get sunglasses from all of the major online vendors in one easy location, eliminating the need to spend hours sorting through the vendor's 1000's of products for the exact one you want. You still get the low prices, trust and financial security of a large online retailer, with the accessibility and ease of use of a specialty store, it's a win-win situation for everyone.

• Will I have to pay extra when buying from Thrifty Sunglasses compared to buying from the vendors that supply your store?

No, you will not pay a cent more when you buy products through Thrifty Sunglasses than if you were to buy the item straight from the vendor's site(eg: Amazon, Overstock, ect.). We get our commission as a percentage of the products purchase price. for example, if a customer were to buy a $20 product from Thrifty Sunglassesass, and, for the sake of argument, we got a 10% commission for selling that product. This means that we receive $2 of your original $20, and the vendor receives $18 of the products $20 value.

• Who can I contact if I have a question about any of the products on this site?

If you have any questions about our products, go to the products details page and click on 'buy' (you will not actually have to make a purchase), this will bring you to the product page on the vendor's website. When you arrive at the vendor's website (Amazon, Overstock, Ebay, ect.) you can contact them with your question by navigating to their 'contact us' page and proceeding according to the information on their website.

• Do you ship overseas?

If you are an overseas customer and wish to have a product shipped to you, you will have to organize the shipping through the vendor by following the instructions on their website when you go to purchase the product. Most, if not all of our vendors do ship overseas, but you can always contact the vendor in question and inquire about their shipping policies by following the instructions under the above question "Who can i contact if i have a question about any of the products on this site?"
